HW:
1) List all the 50 states and research how many House of Representatives each state has
2) Make 5 winning coalitions. You will need to total up the House of Representatives first, then find majority. Once you have the number for the majority, create your own teams that make at least the majority. One alliance could have ten or eleven states!
